I started making movies in 2000 when I was 16. My Christmas present that year was a Sony Handicam and I immediately used it and a remote control Tyrannosaurus Rex to make a short movie about a dinosaur hunting for candy.
I spent two years at UArts, studying acting under Johnnie Hobbs and Ernest A Losso. In 2005, I left school to produce and direct my first feature film, Zart, which was a retelling of Mozart’s life, set in the modern day punk scene. I went on to direct the feature film Ghost Story in 2007, an action movie about a magician superhero.
In 2008, I wrote, produced and directed Mother Superior: Let There Be Lead. This short film was selected to screen at the Action On Film Festival in Pasadena, CA and ThrillSpy International Film Festival in Washington DC.
I co – produced a promotional video for the North Philadelphia youth group Prodigies in 2009. I’ve photographed hip hop artist Bolo, and my pictures were featured on his digital ep Be On The Look Out.
I participated in the 2011 48 Hour Guerrilla Film Festival. We were awarded Best Score and were featured in the 48GFC’s promotional portfolio.
In early 2012, I shot and directed Roman’s hip hop music video “One Love Baby” with producer J Farell. I also shot “Shit Bikers Say” with Bill Dwyer of atlasrider.com.
I shot Wired 96.5’s Who’s Next event, featuring live performances by Kid iNk, Kirko Bangz and T Mills.
